Today I am at Hong Kong, and have a quick meeting with an old client. They haven't commission me for a long time due to their budget issue, they tried another Hong Kong based photographers(bad), then a more expensive singapore photographer(send by their sg hq). In their last assignment the singapore photographer produced hundreds of photographs for them, but none of one photograph can be use... so finally they had to use iphone selfi for their PR materials. After a quick meeting with them, ba ba ba... the conclusion is... although they like my work but their budget is not allowed to hire me :D WTF.
